Hector was a knowledgeable and engaging host between our party of six and another group of four—the kitchen layout could’ve made that challenging, but he made sure to pull everyone together. The chef (so sorry I don’t recall his name!) was gracious and patient with our varying levels of comfort and competence. The meal was tasty, and the overall experience was well-timed without feeling rushed.

Delicious, fun, educational, and delightful! Gabby our guide was so friendly and made us feel welcome. Natalia our chef was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly too. Each dish tasted fantastic! To be able to cook together was enjoyable and I learned a lot. We made a 5 course meal and ate together while we also enjoyed the wine pairing. We met such nice people and it was a great way to learn about basque cuisine and tradition. I highly recommend! 5 stars

We had a wonderful time in our Basque Cooking Class. It was informative, interactive and fun. We met new people who all were wonderful and friendly. It is so cool to be out of your country and find a group of people who interact so wonderfully. I think everyone had a great time.

Super fun and now we’ve tried several of these dishes out and about. Still think our versions made during the cooking class were the tastiest though. Thank you Mila and chef for teaching us. Such a fun group too!

Great experience. Got to cook several different items, all guided by the chef. As its group cooking you take turns chopping, stirring, plating etc. As you cook you learn about the cuisine and sample three different drinks. At the end you get the recipes to take home. I can see myself making the Spanish omelette and stuffed peppers at home.
