What To Expect
Mercado De La Bretxa
We will visit the famous Bretxa market to learn about the local produce and visit ham, olive and olive oil stalls. We will taste a corn-fed Iberian ham, top chorizo, local cheese, olives, oil and the famous gilda. In weekends we will have the Iberico ham and the amazing Gilda in a traditional bar.
Fermin Calbeton Kalea
To see the contrast between a traditional and modern gastronomic concepts, we will visit 4 Pintxo bars in the most famous gastronomic street of the city but also off the beaten path.

Jon is super passionate and well connected in San Sebastián for you to get a full culinary experience that will tantalize your tastebuds mixed with a bit of cultural relevance. Go the first day you are in San Sebastián to learn the secret public places for the best choices of food!
