In a historic residence from the 1800s on a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Sorrento where you will breathe in the smell of the sea together with our history and culinary traditions. A real experience in the preparation of real Neapolitan pizza and fresh homemade pasta respecting the customs and traditions of our traditions, all cooking together with our chef.

What To Expect

In a magical context of a historic residence from the 19th century on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Sorrento they will learn to prepare the classic dishes of our tradition, starting by kneading the real Neapolitan pizza and then continuing with the typical Sorrento artisanal pasta, Caprese ravioli, tiramisu at limoncello demonstration of the preparation of limoncello and then tasting together. All this with excellent local wines, limoncello and lots of music. Please inform well in advance if there are people with intolerances so that we can provide them.

    This was a fun and informative class in an idyllic setting topped off by amazingly delicious food and wine! Vincenzo kept us laughing while keeping us on track with the pasta and pizza making techniques. He provided so much information about how to customize the recipes. The view is spectacular and the icing on the cake for this experience.

    This was a wonderful experience, we were very lucky with a small turnout for a Saturday night, which allowed us focused instruction and intimate conversations with chef Enzo. All the ingredients were grown in his garden, the food and wine were first class. We highly recommend!

    We had a fantastic time making ravioli and pizza. The instructor was fun, lots of wine and the food exceptional. Best part was meeting new friends. The view of Vesuvius was incredible and our host and crew was fantastic.
