What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

5.00WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We were met at the airport exit from baggage claim and taken to our vacation rental in the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. It was pouring down rain and construction everywhere. Our driver went over the top to get us as close to our destination as possible. No drama ….. just smooth sailing.

1.00Our transfer car from the airport never showed up. We had previously confirmed our phone number. No one phoned ys to reconfirm, the number for us to phone was erroneous/no longer in service. They are refusing to refund our money

1.00We arrived and got a message right away. When we went to meet her, no placard with my name, no way of finding her. I called and still no girl. Finally found her and no ride. We had to wait 15 min for a ride. When he finally shows up it's a crappy car with a guy who starts shaming us for Trump attacking Iran. I felt very unsafe.
