From hotel to airport: Client´s will find us at the lobby of the hotel. We hold a tablet with name on it From airport to hotel: After the luggage reclaim room, we will hold a tablet with your name on it From Port to Hotel/airport: Client´s will find outside the cruise ship. We hold a tablet with name on it. We wait maxmim 20 minutes after the agreed hour. If not will be consider no show. And we will charge the whole transfer. *IMPORTANT*: The space for the luggagues is maximum 6 big bags and 3 carryon. Or 4 big and 4 medium luggagues. Or 10 carry on. carry on. If you have a big number of luggagues we recomend to book a second bag.

We used this company 3x during our trip in Barcelona: Airport pickup, transfer from Airbnb to cruise port, and finally cruise port to airport. Great experience each time, driver was early and friendly. Make sure to have a WhatsApp number so they can contact you. Would this use this company again. Highly recommend

We initially scheduled our ride from our hotel to airport at 6:30am. We received an email saying that it was suddenly at 6:00am, less than 12 hours before our actual transfer. By the time we saw the email, it was 12:30am, and we spent the next 2 hours (until 2am) trying to figure it out. We tried the chat option and called the support line. The chat agent said they left a note, but said there was nothing else they could do as it was less than 24 hours. The call center agent was able to help us figure out who our driver was and provided us with their number to ask if we could switch back to our original time. Our driver, Eduardo was super kind and accommodated our 6:30am original time. He was super friendly and the ride was comfortable. He also pointed out points of interest on our route to the airport as well. I do not know how the time was changed without our knowledge.

We had specified to be picked up a the Disney Fantasy Ship. Outside the Disney Terminal, there were a lot of drivers holding up signs with names. After waiting for a while, I was able to look at the app, and located the driver at the wrong terminal. I had no direct contact number, so I went through Viator to let them know. The driver then called and said he was at the Disney ship, but had no sign and there was a language barrier ( not English or Spanish) so it was had to find him in the crowd. Once we found the driver, the ride was fine.
