What To Expect
From hotel to airport: Client´s will find us at the lobby of the hotel. We hold a tablet with name on it From airport to hotel: After the luggage reclaim room, we will hold a tablet with your name on it From Port to Hotel/airport: Client´s will find outside the cruise ship. We hold a tablet with name on it. We wait maxmim 20 minutes after the agreed hour. If not will be consider no show. And we will charge the whole transfer. *IMPORTANT*: The space for the luggagues is maximum 6 big bags and 3 carryon. Or 4 big and 4 medium luggagues. Or 10 carry on. carry on. If you have a big number of luggagues we recomend to book a second bag.

Close Call at Barcelona Airport - Garage Thief

3.00The pickup at Barcelona airport and the ride to the cruise terminal was fine. However, while the driver was loading our luggage into the can, a thief darted behind the driver and grabbed my backpack containing cash, laptop, documents, etc. He headed for the staircase and I gave chase. I caught him and retrieved my backpack without a struggle as he panicked and ran. The driver had only minutes before lectured us on pickpockets in Barcelona. Unfortunately he didn’t follow his own advice which I find suspicious. Travelers beware! My recommendation is a warning.

Great experience each time, driver was early and friendly. Make sure to have a WhatsApp number so they can contact you. Would this use this company again. Highly recommend
