What To Expect
Take your vacactions to an upper level and engage yourself with an authentic Spanish culinary experience at Cook&Taste. You will prepare yourselves a traditional 4-course meal orchestrated by our local chef, exchanging experiences with your small group classmates from all over the globe, sharing laughter, wine and local food to nibble on throughout the cooking lesson and meal. Your menu will consist of two starters (which may vary upon the season to ensure the freshest and flavorful results), plus a Paella as a main dish (either seafood, vegetarian or chicken depending on the day of the week and dietary needs within participants), and will finish with a traditional Spanish dessert. Of course, you’ll be handed a set of printed recipes so you may to take all the notes you want on!

5.00Mariona was great! Genial! I learned to chop an onion after 50 years! The food was great, of course because we made it. Crema catalán is now on our serving menu! The Tapas, tortilla, is going to confuse our New Mexican guests🤣!

5.00This was a great way to learn about the intricacies of Spanish cuisine. We worked as a group, each contributing towards the final dishes so it was a really enjoyable way to get to know one another over a chopping board and glass of wine. The food was delicious.

5.00Pamela is an excellent chef/teacher who is very passionate, skillful, personable and made our experience not only a great learning experience but also a fun time with a lot of laughs. We had a wonderful group of fellow “wanna be chefs” that also contributed to the fun!! My wife and I would highly recommend this cooking class!
