This was a really fun tour and a great way to learn some more about the history of Barcelona while enjoying some delicious food! Our guide Alex was fun, friendly and informative. It was not too much walking but we got to see some new areas of the old city that we had not seen before. The food and drinks were amazing! We left very full and happy!

The description of this tour is inaccurate. The guide was excellent but this was a history tour not a "tapas and wine tasting". We were in a tavern only about 10% of the time. The rest of the time, we walked. The food was below average and the wine was vermouth. We had only a small drop of white wine. The meeting place was difficult to find. it is in a pedestrian only street so taxis cannot drop you there. i do not recommend this tour

Our tapas tour with Ariana was absolutely fantastic. She was the best guide imaginable — incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and a true storyteller. Ariana not only explained the history behind each dish but also helped us understand the why behind the food and its place in Spanish culture. She had a wonderful way of making everything easy to follow and fun, and she even drew thoughtful comparisons between American and Spanish traditions, which made the experience that much more meaningful. Ariana also went above and beyond by giving us a personalized list of restaurant, bar, and activity recommendations to enjoy after the tour. The tour itself was amazing — we visited a great variety of locations, each with its own character and deep connection to the history of traditional tapas. It was the perfect mix of food, culture, and storytelling. We can’t recommend Ariana and this tour enough!

great way to get to know Barcelona. Our guide was English so we could really understand him, sometimes the spoken english of guides can be hard to understand due to the accent. He had a great knowledge of the local history and was obviously liked by all the establishments we visited. Good food, good wine and good company.
