All the ingredients are fresh and bought daily in the Barceloneta market taking into account its quality, the selection of tapas is made so that you do not have problems to find the ingredients in your city, so you will surprise your family and friends. We are a ten minute walk from the beach, in a house with views views and a terrace surrounded by plants. Our chef will explain each recipe step by step.

What To Expect
When you arrive at this tapas workshop, chef Alfonso will receive you with a refreshing natural lemonade or glass of champagne We introduce ourselves. Then he will show you the ingredients that we are going to use for each of the tapas, once they are done they will be served on the terrace where you could enjoy panoramic views of Barcelona. The house is located ten minutes walk from the beach, in Barceloneta, which is the fishermen's neighborhood. Alfonso our chef has studied at the Superior School of hotel business in Barcelona as a cook and he has also worked in different restaurants in the city, At the end of the experience all participants will receive a email with all the recipes, step by step Get ready to live an amazing experience!

5.00The highlight of our time in Barcelona. Chef Alfonso and Txema are wonderful hosts who made us feel welcome as family. Chef’s demonstrations and instructions were informative and sprinkled with a dose of Spanish humor. The food was delicious and plentiful. Nobody in the group went hungry, or could even finish all their portions! Highly recommended. Next time we are in Barcelona we will visit again!

5.00Absolutely amazing! Alfonso and Chema were so friendly and hospitable! They made us feel right at home in their beautiful waterfront apartment with amazing views. We enjoyed making, eating, and drinking authentic and delicious tapas and sangria. We enjoyed petting their pet dog, Ray, and talking to their bird, Coco! Definitely an unforgettable experience and our best “booked tour” that we had in Barcelona!

5.00This was hands-down the best class my friends and I have ever taken! Being welcomed into his home made the experience feel so authentic—we truly felt like locals. We cooked the most delicious tapas and learned so much about Spanish culture in such a fun, relaxed way. The views were amazing, the people were wonderful, and the whole atmosphere was unforgettable.
