1.00I would put zero stars, but it would not let me move to the next screen. We waited an hour and the tour operator never showed up. There was another group waiting with us and their operator did not show up either. We called and called and no one answered, except the aviator lady who then told us that they had gotten in an accident, we did not believe it because how would two of them get in an accident. It was very maddening that we wasted an hour of our little time in Barcelona and never got the ride. We booked it with another company, Eco Tuk Tuk and had a very good ride with them. Do not use this company called walkTuk

1.00We've arrived a little too late and the driver sad it's better to do the trip next day. But later I got the message, that this is not possible and we have no confirmed booking for the next day, so our money is lost. That's FRAUD!! Don't book this tour. Will try to get the money back with PayPal...

1.00I booked this tour, paid $30 cab fair to get to the meeting point from my hotel. When I arrived at 9:50am I sent a message to the tour guide with no response. I saw other guests across the street being met by a different company. They looked at my reservation and informed me that I was waiting for a different company. At 10:10a I received a message saying the guide cancelled. Very disappointed and unprofessional. Do not use this company.
