Note: If the fast ferry is unavailable due to maintenance or cancellations, we will use the slower standard ferry.

To ensure a smooth experience, we use the fast ferry between Como, Bellagio, and Varenna. If it’s unavailable, we’ll switch to the standard ferry, which may slightly extend travel time. In rare cases, we may use a luxury van to guarantee tour quality.

This tour is not suitable for guests staying in Bellagio or Varenna. Please consider other options that better match your location.

Absolutely not suitable for anyone with knee or back issues. The villages around Lake Como are built on steep terrain with uneven, sloped streets—good physical condition is essential. Please do not book if you're not prepared for this.

This is a great experience if you want to visit the two towns. The guide was knowledgeable, engaging and accommodating. Initially I thought I could do this on my own meaning buy the ferry ticket and walk around town, but I’m glad I chose the tour. The ferry is packed and tickets sell out far in advance so for that reason alone take the tour.

Relaxed, informative and a good pace. From the meeting place to saying goodbye, to our tour guide, we felt like we met and said goodbye to a good friend. We did the Varenna and Bellagio full day tour, our guide got us on the ferries first, found us a table for lunch at a restaurant in Bellagio, showed us so many places of interest and informed us of the history, allowed us free time to explore and showed so much patience with the group and others asking questions. If there is one tour to do, this is it. Ricardo, you were fantastic!

The trip was amazingly good and comprehensive. Guide was fantastic, knowledgeable and personable. Shuttle ferries could have been better, windows cloudy, leaving sights difficult to see.
