  Blanc was awesome and kept us fully entertained the whole bus ride to the Everglades. A full tour of SoBe and Miami was provided as well. When getting to the Everglades, our boat tour guide was also funny, informative, and thorough. We saw 4 gators 🐊, one of which was feeding and a couple of which got really close to the boat. Food wise, gator bites were hot and delicious. The birds really swooped in unlike any other bird 🦅, which was half annoying and half funny and part of the experience. I only have one complaint, I thought I’d have enough time to eat before the gator show so maybe better communication post airboat would have been appreciated. Overall a great time, highly recommend!

  All 3 activities were great and recommended when in Miami. The Big Bus Staff were very helpful with all activities, especially Tronet Blanc (hope I haven’t misspelled) our Bus driver made a difference!

• Big Bus lacks professionalism, poor management

  Big bus representatives at the sight had language issues, lack of professionalism and thoroughness. There were no clear cut directions. Also the rep for the boat cruise at Bayside was extremely rude and yelling - he couldn’t look us up in his system. We have never had gone through such a lack of professionalism with tours. The Everglades bus driver was not loud enough for the guys sitting on the rear side of the bus. We bought the bundle, but no one explained clearly where we needed to go and what we needed to do.

  The boat tour was great, our bus driver Joe was incredibly nice! However, the part with the animals locked in cages of 1m2 or in small basins with very few spaces, really pleased me much less, especially for people who tell us to love these animals and respect their natural states. It ruined the experience a bit. This in no way takes away the beauty of the everglades and the kindness of Joe who frankly made us have a great ride.

  Operator was good but we’re not dropped at the same location because we missed the last bus even we started hour earlier than scheduled. We should have been able to if we had switched millionaire’s boat first and hop on and off bus later… when we got tickets, they should have explained that and switched two remaining tickets to avoid us have to get Uber back to hotel. It’s very disappointing experience and worry some for foreigners who doesn’t speak language to encountered this problem.
