3.00It took me 45 minutes on the phone with someone who barely spoke English to get this trip booked. I had to repeat myself several times on my email. Not sure how with it she was. I asked for the dropout point because I had two people who were handicap and she gave me a drop off location that was on the other end of the pier making it very difficult to get everyone to the boat on time. The boat did hold up for us to get the two handicap people on board and after that everything was fine, I would suggest maybe a little more communication on instructions for departure area.
