Travel just 1.5 hours to the west of Sydney to experience nature on a grand scale in the UNESCO World Heritage listed Blue Mountains. Characterised by towering sandstone cliffs, waterfalls and lush valleys, this stunning area has long been a favourite destination for Sydneysiders and visitors alike. Our first stop is Sydney Zoo to see Australia’s unique native fauna, and the opportunity to feed the Kangaroos and have a photo with a Koala.
Admire panoramic views across misty blue valleys before a short lunch stop in the picturesque village of Leura. Travel along scenic Cliff Drive to reach Echo Point and the mythical Three Sisters rock formation. The afternoon is spent at Scenic World where exciting experiences await. Journey to the floor of the Jamison Valley onboard the world’s steepest railway, travel back up through the canopy on the cableway and views to Orphan Rock and the Three Sisters, and glide over the Katoomba Falls on the scenic Skyway.

This was a tour with a lot included. It is a full 10 hours. My kids enjoyed it and enjoyed feeding the kangaroos. Lots of facts and information were presented by the driver as we went along.

Blue Mountains, and dropping down into the rainforest and walking around was so cool! The Sydney zoo experience was overhyped in my opinion, you get a photo with koala but cannot touch! You get to feed a kangaroo for a few seconds because too many others! The town Leure Village was cute but expensive! I would rather have spent more time at blue mountains! Three sisters stop Was very crowded and not enough time to walk the path! Maybe change to focus more on blue mountains and 3 sisters only?

Great experience, Said was an awesome host and very knowledgable. For lunch we stopped and ate a kangaroo burger at the cafe in Leura Village. The Zoo was incredible- I wish we spent more time there, so many animals from all around and we got to hand feed kangaroos which was a treat. The only downfall is a family didn’t pay attention to the time so the entire bus was sitting and we all waited for 30 minutes until they realized it was time to go . . . Be mindful of everyone’s time and when you’re supposed to meet back at the bus!!

Great tour! Petting the kangaroos and picture with a koala was a wonderful experience. And while the lines were long at Blue Mountain attractions, we still got to go on every single one. I wish I had more time there to do one of their hikes. Overall, a great value.
