1.00No communication prior to the trip, no pick-up details, no pick-up in general, although they ask you to give them the pick-up location while booking. You end up waiting at the pick-up spot for 30 minutes and then cancel the whole trip.

5.00This was an excellent tour - we visited all the places exactly as advertised. I had a flight the same evening and asked via WhatsApp if I could be dropped off at the airport. They confirmed a 5:00 PM drop-off, and impressively, I arrived at exactly 4:59 PM. That level of punctuality shows how well-organized and reliable this tour is. Without that precision, I wouldn’t have been able to join at all. Highly recommended!
