Petrela Castle

Petrela Castle is a historic fortress located in Albania, about 15 kilometers south of the capital, Tirana, near the village of Petrela. It sits on a hilltop overlooking the surrounding area, offering panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and hills. The castle dates back to the 15th century, although its origins might go back even further, possibly to earlier Byzantine or Illyrian times.

experience was amazing and a big thank you to Xhulio who made it a memorable experience.he was patient with us because we were a bit late.i lost £400 out of my back pocket and had not noticed and he did and went back to look for it and brought it to me.i commend him for his honesty and great hospitality.i will surely come back because of him.kudos to Xhulio

I had the most amazing time doing quad biking in Tirana and our tour guide and assistant Xhulio was so amazing and patient. Me and my two friends travelled from Vlore and we missed our appointment by 15 mins but he waited for us and he was very nice and kind and he explained all the safety measures. He took us for zip lining as well and it was amazing. After everything he captured every moment and we have the most beautiful photos and videos.

I really enjoyed this tour. Transport from the city center to Petrela village is included in the price. The quad bike is safe if you pay attention to the tour guide's explanation, however he is very attentive during the ride. Totally recommended!
