  Had to reschedule due to train delay and Viator staff responded fast, within 5 minutes and offered me rescheduling solutions. The Danube river trip was exceptionally great, definitely recommend!

  We were given a small glass of white wine on boarding having bought our ticket a half hour before on the quayside. The boat travelled up past the parliament buildings and then turned back downstream into the breeze. It's cold outside so wrap up warm although there was plenty of room inside. The buildings and sites are mostly lit up so it's a very pleasant cruise and just over the hour is plenty of time..

  Make sure you sit on the right hand as your see all, also if the weather isn’t great still go outside and on the top deck as the views are magnificent

  Very good. The ticket comes with all the necessary information about the location of the departure point, making it much easier. Arriving there everything very organized to access the boat that was quite wide and with comfortable seats. I liked the ease of the audio guide in my language that worked perfectly. At the start of the tour the employees brought the drink chosen, everything very organized. And finally the tour of the Danube is beautiful! It is very worth the experience. The only criticism is due to the somewhat dissynchronized explanations of the audio guide of the places that were passing by with the boat.

  We booked this as it stated the cruise was wheelchair accessible. It really isn't that accessible at all. There is a fairly steep slope down to the boat. We then had to walk through one boat before getting on to the one we were cruising on. There was no ramps etc on the boat. Our wheelchair user is able to walk short distances and was able to get over the steps on to the boat otherwise this could have been disappointing. The cruise itself is very good. Just be aware it is not easily accessible for wheelchair users

  Extremely disappointing. Such a tourist trap and a total waist of money and time. The boat was filthy, bad smell everywhere, spots on the chairs, and all the headphones were used and we weren’t given new ones, cleaned and rapped. We didn’t want to use them on our ears, so intact, we had a whole cruise without any explanations. Shame on you. For the money you take, you can afford new headphones. I would rather discard the pathetic glass of coke and have sterilized headphones.

  The audio guide was of poor quality and was totally out of sync. Should really either be self guided or better still, live audio as the boat passes by the sights.

  On time, friendly and clean. Excellent and informative. Would highly recommend the night time tour, all of the beautiful buildings lit up show the city at its best.
