3.00There was four of us on this cruise and I was disappointed as three of the head phones didn’t work so we couldn’t hear the tour guide and the staff just said sorry there’s nothing they can do and also my mothers drink didn’t come till near the end of the cruise and didn’t have time to drink it, me and my family have used Viator several times and always been happy so yes very disappointed this time

3.00Got quite a good experience during the cruise. There is one drawback is passengers are not queuing up properly. Some jumped the queue and make the experience not so great!

4.00While we enjoyed the views and pictures we got of famous night lights of Budapest, the boarding process was a cattle herding experience with no real lines so be prepared! Also window seats are limited and as the lower floor is enclosed with windows, you want a window seat to get your camera up to the glass to avoid glare. My wife did manage to get some great pics! Worth the cost just know what to expect.
