I recommend to visit Warner Brothers Studios, but the tour for the Celebrity Homes is terrible and boring, the guide talked incoherent statements, bus don’t have an awning for sun protection and not offer stop for bathroom use.

The Warner Brothers Studio Tour is something worth doing; for us it was a nostalgic venture to see the sets of many Favorite TV shows dating back to the 60s - for example, the Police department steps that Batman (Adam West) and Robin (Burt Ward) ran up. The cafe set used in filming Friends and the house that the Gilmore Girls lived in were other favorites of my wife. The exhibitions of costumes, equipment and vehicles used in Harry Potter, Batman, Aquaman and Wonder Woman were other highlights and the getting my photo taken sitting on the phone in the oval office was special. I can highly recommend this tour to prospective travellers and holidaymakers. NB - this trip was done in September 2019.

was supposed to be picked up from the hotel. One stood in front of the hotel, rest of the familiy in the reception in due time. No one came with any signs or anything else to show that they were a pickup service. No phone call - nothing. We had to take a taxi to be in time for the tour and asked them why they didn't pick us up. They claimed we weren't there...!!! We had the portier and the receptionists as withnesses, but they claimed we lied...! Ask for å refund, but didn't here a word at all!! Never going to sightsee with them again ever....

I have never had such issues as on this tour. First, we were told we could arrange pickup at our hotel. We would get an email. That never happened. When I called I was told that wasn’t included. I was told to come pick up my tickets then report somewhere else to start the tour. Then told don’t bother they’d send the tickets. Then informed, sorry they printed the tickets already come to the other spot. We didn’t realize we needed to get from the first part of the tour to the Warner Brothers Tour on our own and had to take an Uber. Why couple these tours. We get to Warner Brothers and are told the part of the Tour we had asked about wanting most to do, the TCM portion of the tour was not included in this ticket. We called Starline and they refused to make a change. We had to pay for new tickets to do what we wanted and lost that money. NO attempt was made to help us Whatsoever. Just book the Warner Brothers Tour directly with then the museum. THAT was wonderful. The people could not have been more helpful. Starline’s Customer Service should be renamed NO SERVICE

We went to the Starline office early and were greeted very friendly. Since it's a combo offer, I think it's a shame that there's no shuttle service from the Boulevard to Warner Bros movie. We then had to call an Uber to get there. But to the Star Tour. Yes you can make, but seeing you don't do much of many houses as you see the front views, so the gates to the estates. The actual dimensions of the villas can only be seen from below. It is also a pity that the tour buses are not allowed to stop. Warner Bros 1a with asterisk. That's great. It's worth it.

Shoutout to Lisa and team for the warm and super helpful service! Lisa rest assured us, first timers, that we would be on time for our Celebrity Home Tour bus and everything would run smoothly. She guided us step by step and it was a truly enjoyable first Hollywood experience for my friends and I!

When you read the ad it implies that you have transportation to Warner Bros. You do not. It’s a bait and switch. Not worth it.
