What To Expect
We can pick up you at your hotel in Cat Ba town or at our office in 204 1/4 str, Cat Ba Town then transfer to Speed boat station. And then another bus pick up you back to Ha Noi. On the haft way will stop 15 minutes for break time : coffee, toilet, ... When you are in Ha Noi, We will drop off you at your hotel in Ha Noi Old quarter. Or if some one would like to Ha Noi airport, we can arrange but it will be extra charge.

4.00That I had to walk to my hotel when I was told I would be dropped off there. The guide never called my name (he called other names and got responses back so I know he never called my name), then blamed me for not listening. Basically, he just pointed up the street and said ‘go’.

5.00The trip to and from catba was very well organised . From the pick up at hotels amd at the hydrofolio terminal . They give us tags so they can identify us easily . What ‘an app replies were quick . Only thing was I had to call them the first night I arrived to confirm the pick up the next Monday .
