Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

5.00The One Day City Tour in Vancouver was amazing! Our guide, Jason, was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly and fun. So glad we chose this tour and had him as our guide. Would do this again if we come back to Vancouver. Highly recommend both!

5.00Henry was fun! And he contacted us to make sure we knew where the pickup place was located. We shared our trip with five Chinese speaking travelers. Henry easily translated between all of us. He is a great ambassador for Vancouver. The tour itself was just what we wanted. Enough time in each spot to take a look around and decide if we wanted to come back We signed up for the Capalano suspension bridge and tree top bridges. This was one of the highlights of our whole trip and we were so glad we did it. Yes, the bridge does sway and bounce a bit. But on the other side the forest is beautiful, with comfortable seating, walking area and snacks. Loved our 1st day in Vancouver

1.00We signed up for an English language tour and were the only English speaking couple. The guide, who doubled as driver, spoke Mandarin more than half of the time. The bus was dirty with food crumbs left on the seats. Ed, more the driver then the guide, did not seem to be a licensed professional guide as better information can be found in any travel book or on line. His English wasn't perfect. On almost all stops Ed would just point in the direction we should go and stay in the bus making excuses for parking regulations. Not included entrance fee to Capilano Suspension Bridge park almost doubled what we paid for this tour. At the end Ed requested $30 service charge which was not indicated on tour description. He had to contact his office to wave it for us stating he didn't know it was included in the fee we already paid. Ed took us to Chinatown which wasn't included in the itinerary only to state that it’s not safe there and we better take pictures from the bus. He drove through a neighborhood infested with homeless drug addicts commenting on them. It’s good there were no children on our bus. The only good thing was for Ed to drop us off at our hotel.

4.00I was worried because English isn't Henry's primary language, but he was tried and was great. I loved everywhere we went and how he explained to me what the different cities around Vancouver. I would take another tour with him.
