Join us for a fun two-hour adventure that combines stargazing with the beauty of nature at night. As dusk settles in, you'll have the opportunity to observe wildlife as it begins to emerge. With the assistance of our Professional Guide, you can capture beautiful photographs of the stars above at our remote stargazing location. Learn about the visible constellations, and you may even have a chance to see the northern lights. Experience a memorable evening under the stars!

You will be contacted 12-24hrs before departure with any needed changes to the departure time.

3.5 miles total walking distance. Uneven forest paths, proper outdoor footwear is required.

This tour offers 24hr free cancelation. We may also refund for bad weather (heavy cloud cover or rain) within 24hrs - decision will be made by your guide at the meeting location that night for best weather prediction.

A truly authentic experience suitable for the whole family. Learn about local wildlife, culture, and history. Don't forget to bring your camera! Knowledgeable, calm entertaining good local guide, Jacob. His presentation, choice of venue, pace and terrain, stories were all tailored for a mix of Canadians and tourists in group. We were lucky in sharing the trip with excellent people who shared amazing photos of milky way, northern lights etc.
Great experience. Would definitely book it again.

It was a really great experience. We really enjoyed it. Even though it was a bit cloudy in the beginning we saw a lot of stars. Our guide was really nice and could tell us a lot of interesting things about the nature, wildlife and different stars constellations. He even gave us some great recommendations for the next destination of our roadtrip. We would totally book this tour again.

Euen gave us an unforgettable stargazing experience! Exploring the night sky in bear country could’ve been intimidating, but Euen’s calm presence, extensive knowledge, and clear passion for what he does made us feel completely safe and at ease. He shared fascinating facts about the stars, constellations, and the surrounding wildlife, making the whole night both educational and magical. His warmth and professionalism truly elevated the tour. If you get the chance—don’t miss this experience!(And ask for Euen!!)

Fantastic tour, more than we could have imagined. The guide did have some very awkward guests that he dealt with very professionally so as to not affect any other guests. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't find a gentle walk and incredible views with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide.

We really enjoyed our evening “star” gazing despite it being cloudy. It was interesting walking with Jacob and listening to his wisdom of his native Banff. Sadly I wish we could have done more hikes with him, however, it certainly will be on our list when we return, because we really would like to return to this beautiful area. It was nice getting away from the crowds on this hike as even late in the season, there were plenty of crowds. Thanks Jacob, we’ll be back.

This experience was made great by our guide: Jacob! He showed us how to take photos of the stars using our iPhones! Super cool, see our attached photos. Jacob is packed with knowledge of both the area of the hike, it’s history and has a pretty decent understanding of astrology. He has a delightful sense of humor and honestly made the experience very light-hearted and enjoyable. Keep in mind, nothing is guaranteed due to weather conditions and time of year, but something worth checking out to enjoy the beauty that Alberta has to offer.
