As someone who loves to cook, I always try to take a cooking class when I travel. No stranger to experiences like this, making pasta with Maurizio was particularly memorable. From the moment he welcomed us into his beautiful home, my husband and I felt like we were part of the family. Maurizio is an excellent teacher bringing his personal touch and great sense of humor to the experience. In addition to teaching us how to make pasta from scratch, he also provided us with excellent recommendations for the rest of our journey. I am leaving Italy feeling inspired to try making pasta on my own. Maurizio’s is a great teacher, regardless of your cooking experience. I highly recommend!

Margherita was a fabulous host! The personalized experience was incredible. We made 3 dishes and enjoyed dinner around her table. She shared about the recipes giving us insight to the culture. She is hidden in a busy piazza and was super quick to respond in helping us locate the entry when we arrived.

Cooking intimately with Roberta in her beautiful kitchen was an amazing experience. She made us feel welcome and her cooking was so specific and unique. Her teaching was hands on and she explained things perfectly. My family and I say this is a must experience when traveling in Bologna. 🇮🇹

Marta was a gracious and wonderful host. Learning the Italian cooking methods was a true joy. We loved how Marta and Dante opened their home to us. It was great sharing stories of our respective cultures. Time flew by and I don’t think either of us were in a rush to have it end. Overall, five stars thanks to these wonderful hosts.
