Federica was absolutely amazing! We had a class with 4 of us in Federica’s home. We made wonderful friends, cooked and enjoyed what we made with a bottle of Prosecco. I wish we could do it all again :)

We had the pleasure to be hosted by Maurizio at his home. We had a spectacular time. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. It was one of the best experiences. The food was delicious. We had a BLAST making it and the host was the cherry on top. Highly highly highly recommend this experience. If you could request Maurizio you should! lol

Our Césarine home cooking session was one of the best experiences of our trip! Oriana welcomed us into her beautiful home, which was full of fascinating artefacts and stunning art, setting the perfect atmosphere for an authentic Italian experience. The cookery class itself was an absolute joy. We learned to make tortellini, tagliatelle, and tiramisu, all while sipping delicious local Pignoletto sparkling wine and enjoying Parmesan, home-grown vegetables, homemade focaccia, and strolghino. Every moment was hands-on, relaxed, and full of laughter. Oriana was the most warm, engaging, and entertaining host—she made us feel like part of her family. This wasn’t just a cooking class; it was a window into real Italian life, filled with passion, great food, and unforgettable hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an authentic and memorable culinary experience in Italy! 🇮🇹🍷

This was such a wonderful class it was a treat from start to finish. Christina has a wealth of understanding and experience in the Italian kitchen and shared it with us to teach us technique, and shortcuts, and fine handling of materials and instruments. When we ate the meal I had a hard time believing that we cooked the pasta and tiramisu!

We hear it all the time that cooking is love, but I truly felt that when I attended Cristinas pasta making class. Cristina and her husband welcomed us into their home for a truly memorable experience. Both were so warm and welcoming. They shared stories, tips and made us feel like family. We ate so well, and left with so much knowledge. The best part was Cristina made sure we got more than enough information to take home so we can replicate her exceptional dishes. It was so hard to leave at the end of the night! We can't thank them enough for allowing us into their homes for an experience we will treasure forever!

What a wonderful experience to be invited into Federica’s home. You can see for miles from her balcony, while making delicious tortelloni, tagliatelle and tiramisu from scratch. We started with a mortadella mousse and fresh veggies while sharing a bottle of Brut. Her expert instructions made this cooking class simple to accomplish. We ate a delicious tortelloni first course, followed by tagliatelle ragu for second. But be ready for the best tiramisu I have ever had. Thank you Federica!
