We were basically paying for transportation to and from Chamonix. It was fine. Staff at meeting point were a little disorganized (seems like they should know how many open seats are available on each bus?)

Comfortable bus and good itinerary. Beautiful views is an understatement. The guide was good but communication regarding times and meeting points could have been better. Overall the trip was fantastic and memorable.

The experience is good but we were charged for the train even though the ticket sated it is covered. Felt like a Nickel and dime process.

I clearly stated, in writing, that I was only interested in a private tour. The booking was excepted and I reiterated that it would only be our group of four. When we arrived at the departure point for the tour, it was a large group/large bus tour. So, we did not take the tour. The tour provider acknowledged that my booking stated private tour/only my group of 4, but refused to refund my fee. I was always clear that I was only interested in a PRIVATE TOUR. I reached out to them more than once before the tour and they had multiple opportunities to state that it would not be a private tour. Had they done so, not only would I have cancelled but I could have found another tour to fill this day.
