Excellent tour but Shelly the tour guide was the star of the tour. Places were beautiful despite the rain but her extensive commentary, sharing loads of information and humour made the trip extra memorable and sets it apart from other tours where that personal touch doesn’t exist. Would recommend to anyone looking to cover a lot of lovely sights but in a more personal way.

Shelly was a great guide - knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly- Even though the weather wasn’t the greatest, we really enjoyed exploring and learning about North Wales. The map with Welsh words/info was very handy and the phone charging ports aboard the bus were convenient. Highly recommend~

We had the best day with Frank, who was an excellent and informative guide and kept the tour fun and interesting for everyone. The air conditioned bus was very comfortable and there was a good mix of stories/ commentary and music. The Welsh countryside was every bit as beautiful as we had hoped and this was a great way to take it all in. Take comfy shoes and rain jacket for exploring at each stop. I highly recommend this small group tour.

I had a great day seeing the sites of North Wales. The tour is a small group everyone kept to time and I felt the tour was good value for money. Highly recommended.

Worth every penny. I travelled to Chester by train and stayed across the lot from the station at The Queen hotel and that was the pickup point for the tour. Amazingly convenient. Our guide Shelley was top notch, the day was well-paced and the stops were grand. Highly recommend. Hope you get this guide!

Great way to experience the variety to N Wales. Loved the walks in Snowdonia and over the astounding aqueduct. What an engineering marvel. Appreciated the chance to get out and walk a bit frequently. Be prepared for rapidly changing weather. Adrian, our guide, was knowledgeable, witty, and played fun games with the passengers. I would prefer half the talking though, and less loud music. It clashed with the serenity of the countryside.

We had a super tour of North Wales with Joe. He kept us informed of history and factual information for all the stops. His driving was great and he kept us to time in each of the stops. What a nice guide. We felt we had a real flavour of North Wales and would like to revisit in the future.

Frank was a good guide and he helped us understand about the places we visited . He also shared interesting stories about the places and played good music during the tour . One feedback from my side , instead of the 30 mins in Llandudno, more time in Conwy castle would have been beneficial . Still enjoyed the tour, thanks for the wonderful service .

The tour is beautiful, well organized, we saw everything that was scheduled. Perhaps you could give more time to visit Snowdonia and the Ogwen Valley because they are places of extraordinary beauty. a little suggestion... it might be useful to have a machine translation system because not everyone is a native English speaker. At least any explanation would be accessible to everyone.
