Chula was wonderful but the meeting of the driver definetly needs to be explained better. Like specifically say go to 7eleven and meet your driver!

We had a great time on Chula’s all-inclusive beach pass with transportation. The beach was beautiful, the food and drinks were good, and the inflatable water park added a fun touch. However, when we first arrived, it was very crowded, and despite having a reservation, we were told there weren’t any loungers available for our family of four to sit together. We were disappointed at first, but our amazing waiters, Carlos and Fernando, went above and beyond by bringing over extra loungers and an umbrella so we could all sit together comfortably. While we enjoyed the beach and amenities, we decided to skip the pool as it was overcrowded and looked a bit run-down. That said, the overall experience was enjoyable, thanks to the great service and relaxing beach atmosphere. A little better organization upon arrival would have made it a five-star experience, but we still had a fun and memorable day!

Solid. Food and drinks are decent. Many are getting over-served so we had to step around vomit all afternoon. I would look at other options, but this one is ok if you have no other options.

food was sub par. Very rocky beach. You need water shoes to avoid sharp rocks. Staff was friendly and helpful. puchased item very expensive. $20 for Mayan chocolate bar.

This resort is amazing! The beach and pool are great, and the food and drinks are all included. That guac was the best I've ever tasted! The staff were super nice and helpful. We missed the bus to the meeting place (lots of confusion), but they sent a taxi for us! Totally worth booking!!
