1.00We waited for the bus to arrive, but when it got to us we were told that there were no vacant seats. Finally got on the next bus.The bus driver told us if we wanted ear buds we had to pay 1.5 euros per person. The driver did not offer us a map of where we were going. But the worse part of it all, the sound system was just awful! The ear buds kept cutting out so we heard almost nothing of the location history. We also noticed that everyone else just took them out. We’ve never had to pay for the earbuds in the past and the 3 euro just added insult to injury. I will be contacting the Viator management team when we get back to the States.

1.00Never received the tickets. Put them on my credit card and we had to go to a kiosk and purchased the tickets again. Would like a credit.

4.00It was good for first timers to see the layout of the city and a quick history info. I would recommend the Bug Bus than the smaller van as you can see better during the tour.

1.00No value for the money paid. Once you step off this bus you never ever see it again. The map gave little info of the stops and if ever you see one you see people waiting and waiting and waiting.

4.00It was nice as we had choice between small buses and the double decker…schedule good we waited a bit but np there but the disappointment was that it changed its route for reasons they did not explained so we were dropped far from where we wanted to be.
