Seriously, this was such a fun way to spend an evening learning pizza 101 with making your own dough from scratch. Our chef showed us how to mix dough, whip up both tomato and creamy white sauce (with lots of useful tricks), and pile on toppings like mushrooms, roasted red peppers, Italian sausage and cheese. The whole vibe was casual, hands-on and you even get to bring a bottle of wine. Highly recommended if you visit Memphis and like to have a fun culinary experience.

This class was such a blast! Our chef was friendly and made pizza making feel easy and fun. We mixed dough, made sauces and loaded our pies with fresh toppings. The atmosphere super was relaxed and social and we left full happy about the overall experience. We are now excited to try it out at home.

We booked this class on our trip to Memphis as a date night and it was one of the best date night activities we’ve had. Our chef was kind, enthusiastic and so skilled she made everything feel easy and welcoming. We mixed dough, crafted two sauces and piled on toppings with fresh veggies protein options and herbs. It felt less like a class and more like cooking alongside someone who really loves what she does. We walked away feeling inspired confident and ready to show off our homemade pizza skills at our next night in.
