A lot of time on the coach driving about. The caves were interesting but we arrived early so we're stood out in the sun told 10 min wait, 10 mins elapsed then told another 10 min. No shade and couldn't get on bus. Didn't really learn much about the caves to be honest. This could be due to being a multilingual trip the guide would be speaking for a good few mins 1st in Spanish then when it comes to English all the Spanish are talking over her. Then when it got to the German part they had no chance of hearing as everyone else was talking about what they had heard. 2nd stop was a bit random to see how this tunnel had been adapted, however due to the time of arrival no seats were available down by the bar as reserved for a group, no food was available and after short period of time no drinks either. Walked past the pool with the crabs then up to the gift shop and back to bus. No explanation really of the place. Finally on the way back took a scenic route to see a view of the sea. Plus side was my footrest worked on the coach whereas most others wire zip tied up. I'd probably recommend a full day trip including timanfaya.

The visit to beautiful, the places are worth a lot, The guide with a very fair Spanish, since it was quite difficult to understand the explanations, this point remains to have been perfect.

My daughter and I, we were lucky to have Cristina and Oscar as guide and driver again, with whom we were delighted in the visit through the south of Lanzarote and now in the north, a new experience highly recommended, by tour and fantastic environment, in which they added their knowledge understand and do so that we enjoy to the maximum!

We chose this tour over the full-day Grand Tour and were happy with our decision, as a whole day of moving from one stop to another would have been tiring. We were back by 14:00, which left the rest of the day free. At the pick-up point there were several buses arriving at the same time, which caused a bit of confusion at the start about where to go. The tour itself was enjoyable. Our first stop was a viewpoint of La Graciosa (not mentioned in the itinerary, so it was a nice surprise). We did not see anything anyway as it was too foggy when we arrived. The guide gave commentary in Spanish, English, and German, though we still left with some of our questions unanswered. The bus was clean and air-conditioned. There was no lunch included, but the cafeteria at Jameos del Agua had good coffee and sandwiches. Overall, a pleasant half-day experience.

Lanzarote, a volcanic island where it rarely rains, but of a stunning beauty, especially in Timanfaya, an inhospitable but worth a visit, and Jameos del Agua.

I wanted to inform about the Cristina guide, first of all an unkind person, who won't even let you go to the bathroom, you ask when she stops talking over the microphone (which by the way in Spanish very little) and on top of that she answers edge, and mouthing things that she says that to said no to said, threatening that if you don't follow the group at the pace of her you will leave to the bus, the places visited the truth than a past, and the experience would have been better with another friendlier and less high-handed guide, at the time of lunch you have to pay for it and she says that there is only that place if or if and if you want to eat you have to pay for it, when 50 meters there is a restaurant where you eat well and cheaper (it will be for the commissions of her) I could say a thousand more things about the dismal treatment towards the customer of this guide (Cristina) I hope that measures will be taken by the following customers that the company will have since most of the customers we have talked to think the same as me, that pay 180 euros for an excursion and that they put a person like this guiding you is to pay 50 euros and I think much, many thanks for your attention Ps: I can't add photos as I had to choose between going to the bathroom or taking pictures

Recovered at a meeting point, bus on time, short but interesting visits. the cueva de los verdes is beautiful, if you can only make one visit, during your stay, it is this cave that you should favor. Jameos del agua is a cave very arranged by Caesar Manrique, certainly beautiful and relaxing but not natural, however worth a visit. FYI, the guide spoke, Spanish, English, German.

Great trip with a great guide. Had a really informative few hours and learnt a lot! Good information about the flora of Lanzarote and how the landscape came to be.
