1.00Worst service experience I've ever had. Not only that I had to be at the pickup spot at 5am and the operator didn't show up (they are a scam, they don't exist anywhere), I contracted you three times the day before letting you know that I haven't heard from them although I wrote them and that they don't really exist as they have no reviews. You told me to be there at 5 and when they didn't you only offered to send them an email asking for a compensation instead of covering the difference to a similar tour by a different operator. Last time I'm using this platform.

5.00It was a great family day, super recommended the tour! The very informed guide also the tour gives time to tour the village and enjoy the local culture, we were given 2 hours to have lunch that helped a lot since we were a large group, I highly recommend this operator!
