5.00Excellent tour for first-timers! It was nice to have someone knowledgeable like our guide Sam who told us where to be and what to expect. The bus ride also made things go smoothly as parking looks like it can be a bear by Niagara. We enjoyed our experience!

2.00DoNOT recommend booking on a busy day or with younger kids. Our group had over 50 ppl in it and we could barely hear/see the tour guide to benefit from learning some of this history but she did try. Since our group was so large it was really just A lot of waiting to gather group members before we then stood in line for attractions. We paid a lot of money when we could have just done the excursions on our own and read some of the signs. Will NOT book again .
