• Wrong meeting point!

  Unfortunately the given meeting point was not correct, so we could not start the tour.We then contacted Viator and also there we could not be told the CORRECT meeting point and unfortunately no call number from the organizer on site.. We were quite angry that it could not be helped and then spontaneously booked a new tour from one of the many providers right on the quay and it was really great, even if unfortunately there were no dolphins to see. Viator promised us the transfer back of the booked tour, which unfortunately was not feasible for ins.

  Run away! We went there and since there were five of us, they didn't come. I called them and they said they weren't coming for five. We weren't even warned. The cancellation to TripAdvisor was made 15 minutes after the scheduled start of the activity. I called them and the gentleman said he was cancelling because there were not enough of them. Then he hung up on me.... While discussing the port, others had the same problem with this company. Anyway, run! Gross!

  It was such a lovely boat trip, to do on the 1st of Jan, it was the kids first boat trip, they really enjoyed it, they weather was great. We didn't see any dolphins, but it was still a good boat trip and the price was good
