5.00David was a great driver and connected us with great partners on the tour. There were six of us, with the maximum possible number of eight people. The small tour allowed time for questions, and we also stopped at some great photo spots. I think my favorite part was the boat tour with Pascal and Hugo. They were entertaining, and the snacks were delicious. It was cold, and they had blankets to help keep us warm. Lunch was enjoyable at a farm as well. Very organized and didn't feel rushed at all. Didn't feel crowded either, even when other groups came. The port and wine tastings were interesting. I didn't walk away with a new favorite, but I enjoyed learning more about the process and trying different options. Would definitely recommend this tour.

5.00Fantastic tour with the amazing David - knew the best stops for photos and had loads of information to make the trip interesting. Lunch was delicious and our last stop at Quinta do Beijo very enjoyable, with a very funny host and exceptional ports and wines.

5.00Davide was a great driver and a nice guide. The tour van has 8 seats so it stays small. First we went on a boat ride. The guide Pascal was fantastic. Very fun and enjoyable. He was supported by Hugo the boat driver. We were the only group on the boat, they had blankets on a cold day, and some great snacks. The boat also had a cover and plastic hanging sheets for rain. The next stop was a winery for lunch. Very well organized and great staff. The food and wine was delicious. Beautiful farm and a lovely setting to eat. The final stop was another winery with a small production. A nice little tour with tastings and you can go inside a wine barrel if you want.

5.00Great tour. We enjoyed all three main stops, with great guides/hosts at each. We stayed warm despite the cool winter temperatures. David was a very good main guide/driver, too. Great views, food, and of course- port!

5.00We had the most amazing day with Vasco and this was our favorite experience during our stay in Portugal. Vasco was very knowledgeable about the history of the valley. We had a private river cruise on a cute vintage boat and enjoyed refreshments while taking in the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at a winery — the food and wine were amazing, and the employees working there were so friendly and welcoming. We are looking forward to visiting the winery again. Our last stop was another winery for a tasting and some fabulous port. We can’t thank Vasco enough for such a memorable day and we can’t wait to visit again!!

2.00We booked on this a month in advance of our Porto trip and were really looking forward to it. We were messaged after 7pm the night before the tour started to be told it hadn't reached the minimum number of people and our options were to turn it into a private tour (an additional 50% cost), reschedule or cancel. We couldn't reschedule and so cancelled, but it was too late to find another operator who we could use and the refund had the note that it could take up to ten days to reach us. The ten day thing really annoyed me, however it actually went into my account the following day, so fair enough. I complained and was told they don't count the tour as not running until their booking agencies close on the day before and they had done everything they could to find another option including discounting the private tour. The company has done exactly as it states in the T and Cs, however it effectively prevents your business going to anyone else if they don't run the tour. I advise checking with them the day before your tour if its going to run and that will give you time to find an alternative, they won't tell you till its too late. Its a shame, its clearly a great tour and they are doing what the say they will do, its just they could do it better.
