5.00Micky went above and beyond to help us and allowed us to have an incredible holiday making the best memories. We had some reservations coming due to the impact of the storm but are so glad we did, the Sri Lankan people showed nothing but kindness and hospitality to us, the food was delicious, and we made unforgettable memories including riding on the train taking in breathtaking views of Sri Lanka and the nine bridges, visiting a local tea factory and even making our own handmade tea, beautiful hikes, massages, and going on safari where we saw a leopard, elephants, water buffalo, a crocodile and many more animals. For anyone wondering about whether to come to Sri Lanka, it’s a no brainer, and we highly recommend reaching out to micky to help plan your stay - assured he will go above and beyond to help you.

5.00Someone kindly ordered the tickets on my behalf. It was an amazing experience. Food and drinks vendors are on the train for most of the journey, the sights are truly amazing. Take a book with you. Have a long nap. Conversate with those nearby.

Everything from the communication beforehand to the final moments of the trip was handled with such care, warmth, and professionalism. They arranged perfect second-class reserved seats, handled all the logistics seamlessly, and kept us updated every step of the way. We honestly felt like we were in good hands from the moment we booked. The train ride itself was breathtaking — lush tea estates, misty mountains, dramatic viaducts, and cool villages sliding past the windows. Having comfortable seats with a great view made the entire journey even more magical. We were able to relax, enjoy the scenery, and soak in every moment without stress or confusion. What really stood out was the genuine kindness and personal touch. Sri Lankan hospitality is something special, and this company embodies it perfectly. 5.00I recommend to book your tickets with this provider! Easy, no fuss or stress. I purchase my tickets around 3 months in advance and they even got me seats in the left side from Ella to Kandy, which is the side with best views. I got my tickets by Wasap the day before, no need to print, they had a QR code, so no stress at all. The train was one of the highlights of our trip. A tip: go early to the station, I was 1 hour in advance so I didn't have to wait outside in the sun -Ella station is small and cannot fit lots of people- my train was not full at all, perhaps because I traveled in the shoulder season and did the opposite route. Keep in mind that the train Ella to Kandy will not stop in the Nine Arch Bridge, I didn't mind as we visited the bridge and enjoyed the view from many angles, including the tracks.
Good expérience the view was wonderful but we arrived at Kandy at 4 30 pm not 2 30 pm but it's ok the food was good and
