  We ended up not leaving till 230 due to the bus not arriving, which was not the company’s fault it was due to an accident on 95. Seeing the Everglades was amazing but due to being late we were not able to experience any food on site, we saw one gator and saw the baby gator up close. Would I do it again? Probably not

  Very nice trip, you can see some birds and the view is beautiful. After the trip on the boat you can see some alligator on thd conservation area. I recommend it!

  Very nice excursion. Clear explanations, perfect timing. Only downsides: The smell infects the bus. A mixture of sweat and the smell of fake leather, it was unbearable... The smell was present on the bus before we all got on it. We should think about deodorizing. - The insistence to give tips on the bus with in addition a minimum amount! It pushed me not to give anything at once. It becomes extortion at this level...

  Start with no A/C to the Everglades then we did not see any crocodile and the top of the line the food cord was close at 4.30 pm and we can’t even try the crocodile bites even they were highly recommended during the trip.

  Bus arrived over one hour late, bus freezing cold, the only information from the driver was that there was an obligatory tip of minimum 5$. The cafe was closed. Nowhere to buy water.

  That the boatman does not speak Spanish and, that you will NOT see a single long arrow in the park Everglades!! You'll only see water and leaves inside it. Regarding the zoo there are two crocodiles and two alligators... two boots and some chickens!!

  Horrible experiences. It starts over one hour late and with rude staffs. Which causes us at danger to miss our flights. But the extreme rude staffs refuse to refund and they even deny what they claimed on the website. It is an extremely frustrating situation.

  Unfortunately, we didn't see any crocodiles in the wild because the water level was high and the weather was windy. We saw them later at the exhibit. But it was a lot of fun to ride the boat. Don't bring caps or hats because they fly off when the boat is going fast.

  We had an amazing time! Do not be discouraged by the negative reviews. We’ve wanted to do a fan boat ride in Everglades for years, and today we did it. Couldn’t ask for a smoother, better trip. We did not see in alligators in the wild, but that is the way it goes sometimes. Our captain said it was most likely the wind. But we still enjoyed the boat ride. It is loud and husband wished we had brought ear plugs. So that is my suggestion to you. All staff interactions were wonderful. We tip well for good service and are happy to do it.
