Reserva Loberia de Punta Loma
Our tour begins by leaving the pier towards the Punta Loma natural reserve, a sea lion roost located 20 km south of the city (15 MIN trip). Don't miss this unique experience that allows you to observe marine life in its natural environment. Punta Loma is known for being the habitat of sea lions. During the visit, you will be able to enjoy impressive views of the ocean and observe these majestic animals while they rest, feed or play on the rocks and near the sea. You also have the opportunity to spot other species of local fauna, such as birds. The landscape and tranquility of the place make this excursion an unforgettable experience for nature lovers.
Puerto Madryn
Our tour continues at one of the viewpoints such as Playa Paraná or the Indian viewpoint, where you will have a panoramic view and can enjoy a small service (tea, coffee and something to eat) (20 min) Then, we will take a city tour through the city of Puerto Madryn, where the Welsh settlers arrived in 1865, offering the perfect mix between nature, history and culture of the region.

4.00The bus and driver were nice. The sea lions are way down a cliff, you'll need binoculars. We saw a lizard and some cormorants, not really any other animals. We enjoyed the treats beside the van!

5.00An absolutely brilliant tour by our guide, Mirta and driver, Marcelo. A great contrast of the city showing the downtown areas as well as the industrial side. Our guide, Mirta was very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot about Puerto Madryn. She was very friendly and we felt well looked after. At Punta Loma we saw some sea lions and great scenery. We were also very lucky to see some guanacos. A picnic of cakes and hot drinks was also included in the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour.

5.00This is a good "Off the ship" Shore Excursion to nearby sites was great. Very good English speaking guide. Vans just at the end of the pier and plenty of time to explore. Sea Lions had pups and we got a little overview tour of the town.

5.00We had a lovely day in Puerto Madryn. Our tour guide, Mirta was fabulous. She gave us so much information through the day about the history of the area. We visited the town of Punta Loma where we were able to see sea lions from the top of the cliff lookout. It was fascinating watching them interact. We highly recommend this tour.

5.00Highly recommended! We were fortunate to have a guide, Mrs Mirta Benitez, who was, to say the least, exceptional. It took us to numerous interesting places that were not covered in the program. The tour lasted 4 hours compared to the scheduled 3 hours. Our guide explained in a clear and exhaustive way many curiosities. He offered us coffee and tea accompanied by delicious local desserts. Value for money more than excellent. Unforgettable experience
