What To Expect
Reserva Loberia de Punta Loma
Our tour begins by leaving the pier towards the Punta Loma natural reserve, a sea lion roost located 20 km south of the city (15 MIN trip). Don't miss this unique experience that allows you to observe marine life in its natural environment. Punta Loma is known for being the habitat of sea lions. During the visit, you will be able to enjoy impressive views of the ocean and observe these majestic animals while they rest, feed or play on the rocks and near the sea. You also have the opportunity to spot other species of local fauna, such as birds. The landscape and tranquility of the place make this excursion an unforgettable experience for nature lovers.
Puerto Madryn
Our tour continues at one of the viewpoints such as Playa Paraná or the Indian viewpoint, where you will have a panoramic view and can enjoy a small service (tea, coffee and something to eat) (20 min) Then, we will take a city tour through the city of Puerto Madryn, where the Welsh settlers arrived in 1865, offering the perfect mix between nature, history and culture of the region.

5.00Our tour guide, Fiore, small worlddid a fantastic job of explaining all of the sites and sounds of the area as we traveled to Punta Loma. In spite of English being her second language, she persevered and small succeeded in sharing her extensive knowledge of the area. When we reached Punta Loma, we saw hundreds of sea lions basking in the sun in a lagoon. It was well worth it. At one point, we stopped at a beach where we saw a ship wreckage offshore. It appears that this is a popular site for scuba divers as there were many of them and camped in their tents and campers. At this point in our tour, we were provided with delicious pastries, coffee, and tea. Overall, I found this tour to be very interesting and educational. I would highly recommend it.

5.00Deborah our guide, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We chose the tour because not too much time sitting on a bus. Puerto Madryn has beautiful scenery. I would have liked to spend less time driving through the industrial area and more time walking the cliffs at Punta Loma. The snacks, tea and coffee were a nice touch but I would have preferred to pay in a Cafe with a nice setting and view. Overall great tour.

5.00Easy to book. Communication through What’s App greatly appreciated. The tour length was perfect and the air conditioned bus was very comfortable. Our guide, Debra was knowledgeable and friendly. She and our driver, Pablo even served us tea, coffee and a baked treat.
