Fabulous experience - the staff were welcoming, friendly and super-helpful (huge ups to Debs) - the bikes were well-maintained and easy to set up and enjoy. We loved the Bannockburn wine trail (lunch at Mt Difficulty is strongly recommended). The weather played nicely and the scenery speaks for itself. Totally 5 star, end to end!
