Love for nature, Mountains, horses, culture and Andean mysticism are the words that best describe this experience.

Our Tour will take place in part of the Sacsayhuaman National Park (Not Sacsayhuaman archaeological site), with the main visit to Inkilltambo, huacas or religious-ceremonial centers from the time of the Incas such as Chuspiyoq, Amaru Wasi, and the Temple of the Moon. Part of the Inca Trail to Antisuyo will also be visited on the route.

Here I will show you many of the basic concepts of our culture, such as reciprocity, respect and syncretism with nature for which I will teach you the use of ritual elements of local use.

What To Expect

Sign up for small groups. The most important thing is that you're willing to connect with your horse, No prior horseback riding experience is necessary. You'll learn basic instructions to feel comfortable and confident guiding them along the way, to visit this mystical land. I'll take you on a horseback tour to "experience" this mystical land and its hidden temples, where our ancient rites and ceremonies are still performed, temple of fertility (temple of the moon), Chuki marka and the Inkilltambo Viewpoint. An important part of this experience, beyond learning to connect with your horse, is to understand the essence of Andean culture and our ancestors, far from a typical tourist perspective. We invite you to join us in exploring the ancestral lands, where you'll be surrounded by nature's beauty, magnificent views, and the loving presence of our horses. Just a heas-up that we'll include some gentle walks to discover the temples and the spiritual atmosphere that still permeates them. Please feel free to message me privately, and I'd be happy to share tips on how to best adjust to Cusco's altitude. Once our experience concludes, I will take you back to your accommodation.

Arnold is a very special person who has special relationships with his horses. After being matched with one of his beautiful horses, we were able to trot and canter in beautiful surroundings. Arnold shares his knowledge and wisdom with you and wants you to have the best experience possible. It’s like being invited in to a family. This experience is more than a horse ride, you learn so much about the Inka and Quechua world view and values and I found myself reflecting on my own life, unexpected but really powerful.

This was THE BEST excursion! Arnold and Franco were amazing and took the time to let us meet all the horses beforehand and choose the one we thought would be best for us. During the trip, you have the opportunity to walk, trot, canter, and run during different sections - but Arnold is very attentive, and only wants you to do what you’re comfortable doing. The sites you visit are off the grid, and Arnold is enthusiastic when telling you about them. He picked us up near our hotel, was very communicative, and the tour is capped at 5-6 people so it’s a very intimate setting. I would absolutely do this again!

Our host and guide Arnoldo was incredible, I’ve done many horse riding experiences and Arnoldo topped all of them. From the beginning he introduced us to each horse so we were aware of their strengths and the type of personality the horse would work with leaving me feeling so safe and secure. At each site we visited his knowledge was incredible, his passion for sharing his knowledge is second to none.it was the perfect f amount of hire riding and stops to check out the sites. If you’re looking for fun, culture, connection and so much more I highly recommend this experience. He truly cares about his clients and his horses

The experience was incredible! Arnold picked us up at the agreed meeting point and brought us water bottles. After that we were introduced to all the horses with their characteristics and we could choose one. We were told how the horses are ridden and we felt well looked after and safe at all times. We were allowed to ride some sections at a fast pace, the view was magical and the historical sights were very beautiful. Arnold gave explanations to them all and let us immerse ourselves in history. It was wonderful to listen to him! We rode together with him and Franco. It was really the greatest experience, I can't praise it enough! Thanks for the great time:)

A wonderful half day out, close to Cuzco, all levels of riders are catered for. If your lucky enough to have Arnold as your guide his knowledge was bottomless and I really felt a special connection. Arnold thank you so very much for your time, experience and care.

Hands down the best tour I've done in Peru! Arnold did an amazing job with leading the tour, he genuinely cared about us and made the experience smooth at every single point. He ensured everyone felt safe and comfortable with the horses. It was my first time ever and he was able to pair me up with an appropriate horse. Arnold was also incredibly articulate, intelligent, and we appreciated him sharing his insights and philosophies of people who inhabited the lands. I cannot recommend this tour enough. We did this tour as our final experience prior leaving Peru and it was a great, memorable way to end our trip!

An experienced guide who knows Inca civilization well and shares his knowledge with you with passion at every stop on a site... Also adapts to the ability of each rider. We were, an experienced rider, a beginner. Everyone was able to find a benefit. A few gallops for one, not for the other. I highly recommend this activity. Real happiness on all levels.
