5.00Our tour started on time and was easy to find the location right outside the cruise port exit. Our ship the Azamara Pursuit docked at 8am and our guide Fatima was ready for us right where it was communicated to meet. Fatima was very knowledgeable and friendly and adjusted the schedule to minimize the wait on lines. We were back to the port on time and really enjoyed the tour!

4.00I had to keep chasing the company for info after i booked and only when i said i would cancel, did they give me the meeting point info i needed. The guide and driver were good. Ours became a private tour and it was delivered very well. Our guide was very happy to tell other people to move out of the way so we could pass (slightly strange, but it stopped us being delayed). Knowledge of the places was good and driving was excellent. No issues on the tour, the only thing we didn't like was being taken to 3 other places so they could put pressure on us to buy things - a Rug making factory, a ceramics making warehouse and then lunch. We refused to go to the lunch, but wasted over an hour having the hard sell put on us at the other two places.

5.00Ozzy was the most amazing tour guide - I would recommend him to any one coming to the area. He was so knowledgeable as well as friendly and entertaining. The meal he suggested for us of traditional a Turkish food was delicious and the entire day was amazing.
