Meryemana (The Virgin Mary's House)
Located 6km to the north of the ruins of Ephesus, a church was built from the 6C AD to the top of the foundations of a house from 1C AD and it is declared by the church to be the final house where Mary spent her last days.

5.00I would recommend this activity to anyone going to Kusadasi. Our guide, Okan, was amazing! He had so much knowledge of the area and was so patient with our kids. Honestly could not ask for a better guide. The transport was comfortable and so hassle free. The food was delicious and authentic. Loved every part of this tour.

5.00Our first time visiting Turkey, and had a fantastic tour! We booked this tour looking for a small group and were pleasantly surprised when we were the only ones booked, and now had a personal tour. Our guide, Typhoon, was fantastic and I told him if I could give a 6 star rating I would. His knowledge and friendliness were greatly appreciated. He was also very accommodating to what we wanted to do with the schedule. He suggested, and for good reason, that we visit Ephesus first as Mother Mary’s house would be much more crowded early as this was Aug 15th, anniversary day. A quick trip to visit Artemis temple and then lunch. Before lunch and right next door, we watched how they make handmade Turkish rugs, quite interesting. After a great and filling lunch it was off to Mother Mary’s house. Ty gave us plenty of time to look around before we departed back to our ship. Do not hesitate to book this tour , and ask for Ty! Thanks again Ty for making our visit fantastic.
