Our Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm tour is created to take care of all the logistical details for you. All you need to do is enjoy! We will pick you up from your hotel in Seoul and drop you off after your tour is over. Our professional guide will ensure your comfort and convenience while answering any questions you may have!
Your tour also includes transportation to each location as well as your Nami Island ferry and Garden of Morning Calm tickets. If you’re feeling adventurous, you’re welcome to take the Nami Island zip line across the Han River and board the ferry only on the way back. You’re guaranteed to get an adrenaline boost if you choose this option! Just be aware that the zip line tickets are purchased separately. Simply talk to your tour guide about it on the day if interested.
We cover lunch as well and will stop by either an Amethyst or Ginseng Center on the way back to Seoul. Make sure to charge your camera, as there will be plenty of beautiful spots to see!

What To Expect
Nami Island
Namiseom (Nami Island) is a curious place. The island is shaped like a half-moon. The formation was triggered by the building of the Cheongpyeong Dam thanks to the North Han River. The name comes from General Nami. He was the hero who helped Korea win against the rebels in the 13th year of King Sejo – the 7th king of the Joseon Dynasty. The natural beauty here was preserved by making sure that there aren’t any telephone polls visible – all electric wires are deep underground.

It’s no secret that people in Korea love a good meal. On our Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm tour, you will have the chance to eat like a local! We will treat you to Dak Galbi – a spicy dish where chicken is stir-fried in a gochujang-based sauce with cabbage, scallions, perilla leaves, sweet potatoes, and tteok (rice cake).

5.00We really enjoyed this tour! Nami island was still beautiful with some fall foliage and we got there early enough to avoid the larger crowds. Morning Calm Garden was beautiful and we wish we would’ve had a little more time there because of how large it is. Overall, we had a great experience and will utilize them for some other tours!

5.00Such a great tour, Land of the Morning Calm garden and then Nami Island. Our tour guide Eva was great with explanations. Beautiful places. We would truly like to do this again (late October seems perfect for fall colors). The garden was like out of a fairy tale and both places seemed to have a photo 📸 op at every turn. Nami Island had everything for a family including great scenery, places for snacks or full restaurants. It also has various rides and play areas, really too much to include here Although the tour seemed like it was expensive, in reality, given the exchange rate), included comfortable transportation, and include admissions, this tour should be a definite choice. We did this through the Dragon Hill Lodge in Seoul which was super convenient. Will do this one again. Price was 110,000 korean won p/p, and exchange rate was 1,440 won per dollar = $76 for a full day tour, awesome
