A very good american guide, Jessie. She showed us many good places, she explained everything in a perfect way. She seems to love Norway

Our guide, Jesse, was fantastic! Originally from Texas, now a passionate Norwegian, she was warm, articulate, knowledgeable guide. We arrived in Oslo last night and our walking tour was at BBB 10:30 this morning. It was a fabulous introduction to Oslo! At the conclusion of the tour we felt some familiarity with the city and now we have begun to discover it in depth.

The Free City Tour was great. We enjoyed Jessy's knowledge and fun guidance in Oslo a lot. Since free tour guides get payed by the tips at the end of the tour we were annoyed that the booking (through Viator) already had cost 5 Euro per person. This money goes to the Vioator not to the nice people guiding the tour . So I highly recomment to book your time slot directly with the Free Walking Tours where ever it is offered!

Over 40 participants on the tour. This was too many to have an opportunity to ask questions as we go along. The group size also meant that often it was difficult to hear the tour guide even though she hsd s portable microphone and amplifier

Sami was a knowledgeable, fun guide. While guiding us on a tour of this beautiful—though rainy—city, he provided an excellent description of Norway and Norwegians. More an introduction to Norwegian values and culture than highlights of Bergen, it was still interesting and fun.
