Excellent Tour. Elisa was an extremely knowledgeable guide. Just note the train station is a 35 minute walk from the Cruise port. We ended up taking the ferry which was a nice ride, but an additional €39 pp.

I hired 2 guides because we were a large group of 28 people. The guides Karen and Diego were very good, they get 5 stars. The customer service at Faberest is not great, they are very inflexible. When asking for a small and simple request, Mark and Marco at the office simply refuse to be flexible. The itinerary is very good and I recommend the tour. A few suggestions, Faberest doesn’t tell you to pack your swimming gear, but you should bring it as you will have a nice time if you enjoy the beach. Also they should give guests an option to take just one short boat ride between 2 of the villages. Many in our group discovered this by ourselves, and it was really a highlight. It would be smart for the guides to offer this as an option (extra € for the boat of course). Lastly, I thought it was very strange when one of the guides asked me to pay for the guides Train tickets. Doesn’t Faberest pay for their guides tickets? It left a bad taste in my mouth. But overall I can really recommend the tour despite my feedback to make it better.

Boris our guide was expectacular. Very accomodating and flexible to changes and requests. I will suggest you get him as he knows the hidden spots of the area well. AAA+
