A must-see destination when visiting Andalusia.
The huge Rock and uniqueness of this place, belonging to the United Kingdom, makes it very special
From the rock of Gibraltar you can see 2 continents (Africa and Europe), 3 countries (Morocco, Spain and England) and the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea!!! Definitely a unique place.
In addition, Gibraltar hosts the only monkey colony in Europe! Get on the rock and take a picture with them.
To finish the day, discover the tunnels of World War II, the colorful caves of San Michael, the sky walk, the Windsor suspension bridge... They are one of the many things you can discover in this Rock full of surprises.

This is a very long bus ride to Gibraltar with minimal history. You walk about a 1/4 mile over the tarmac of the airport to be assigned a taxi driver. The cost for the taxi ride up to Gibraltar is 60.00 euro per person plus the cost of the transport from Malaga. Our taxi driver Ryan was very curt, offered minimal history. The 60 Euro covers the entrance to the top and pictures with monkeys. The cave is a 20 minute walk in/out on your own, taxi for 5 minutes to the top. If you want to actually see inside the rock and fort you have to walk down on your own. Taxi tour stops. So you pay someone to drive… spending maybe 30 minutes. Then you have 2.5 hours to wait for the tour guide to take you back to Spain. More than enough time to eat lunch and do a bit of shopping… I felt it was too long. All in all felt it was more of an expensive tourist trap and should have chosen another side trip. The positive went to the guide on the bus, she was cheerful and helpful.

A free day to do in gibraltar. Beautiful scenery, safe transportation and friendly bus guide. Thank you Pedro. On the other hand, I would have liked to know the options available to me for Mount Gibraltar when booking this tour instead of booking my own things in advance I might have bought another option with the bus... concept to review.

We had a great Gibraltar visit, Pedro gave us great tips to make the most of our day on the rock he had great knowledge of what to do on our visit. We had plenty of time during our visit arriving a little before 11am we walked from the bus drop off point into town, were given our return meet up time 4.30pm to head back to the border pick up point arriving back to Malaga for around 7pm. We purchased cable car tickets online, it did shorten our wait time in the queue slightly, we still had to get the tickets validated prior to our ride up, it took us roughly an hours walk from the centre of town, through the cable car queue to the viewing platforms at the top, which was shorter than we expected. The cafe and gift shop was a bit of a let down, considering how nice the buildings are maintained on the walk up it could do with a revamp. It would definitely enhance the visit and make more visitors want to use it to sit and savour the views. The queue for refreshments and gifts was the same queue so we had quite a wait to purchase refreshments and then a little gift. There’s time in the day to enjoy the walk back down to the square at a relaxing pace and enjoy fish and chips or refreshments prior to the journey back. All in all though we had the best day and would recommend the tour. A big thank you to Pedro for a great day.

Never go to Gibraltar on a rainy day. The cable car was closed. Although the alternative Rock Tour was offered I feel like we don’t have any choice. Driver was 17 min late in the morning luckily I wasn’t raining.,

The trip was excellently organized. Our guide, Mati, was very professional and kind, always ready to help. He took the group to the city center, waited for us there, and took care of every member of his group. He recommended an excellent taxi service for a ride through the national park. Highly recommended for this excursion and visit to Gibraltar! @Mati

There are no bathroom breaks. Bus trip from Malaga to Gibraltar takes 2 hours - there should be time allotted to use toilet once people get off the bus, because the walk from the bus through border control to city center takes a while.

I highly recommend the day trip from Málaga to Gibraltar with MSE! Gaël was an awesome tour guide, from sharing information about Costa del Sol on the scenic bus ride, to giving us great recommendations for our free time in Gibraltar, and keeping the group together while crossing into and out of Gibraltar. I also highly recommend doing the bus tour of the rock, as Gaël suggested and helped us split into groups for. Gibraltar Center is beautiful and has nice shops and restaurants, but the rock tour was the highlight of the day, in my opinion. My driver was also great. He was very informative and gave us time at each stop to enjoy the views, and the monkeys! It was an amazing experience!

Very nice experience! Our guide Nico had booked taxis for a guided tour of the rock for 60 euros but it is definitely worth it! Very pleasant. Thanks to Nico our guide and Daniel our private driver with whom we had a good laugh!
