What an incredible experience. One of the best tours I’ve ever taken. Very informative and intimate. Our guide was fantastic. I left here with so much knowledge about the process and pride that goes into every wheel of parmigiano cheese! Perfecto!

The provider contacted me on Oct 12th to confirm our attendance in less than 24 hours. She changed the time to 4pm instead of 5pm and we were on a train to Parma She offered another date/time and we already had the Parmeggiano tours tickets and we could not make it at her sugested times.. If we knew way in advance, at least 24 hours, we were able to cancel but she did not contact us to tell about the 4pm change. She canceled the appointment from her end. We were ready to attend at 5pm as planned but she made it clear it was at 4pm. We paid for 3 tickets for a class/service that WAS NOT provided. Lack of communication from her end, just a text She did contact us by text in less than 24 hours giving us no space to cancel since we were traveling to Parma. We could not make it. We need a refund and I already disputed the charges from my end

Great option if you only want to visit a cheese producer. We got to see the entire process from start to finish at a smaller producer that does the entire process in-house. From milk from their own cows to the final cheese. Our guide Lori's was friendly and informative and explained every part of the process. He even suggested a shop in Parma to get 100 month old Parmigiano Reggiano.

Visiting the Parmigiano cheese factory in Parma was such a memorable experience! As a solo traveler from Pakistan, I loved connecting with the group and sharing this journey together. Our tour guide, Daniele, was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable who made the whole experience even better. Watching the cheese-making process up close and exploring the beautiful countryside of Parma was amazing. The cheese tasting was the highlight, and of course, I couldn’t resist buying some authentic Parmigiano straight from the factory!
