Very interesting but the explanation was sometimes overwhelming and confusing. A video about the process would make it much clearer

Very nice tour with great information. Especially great is the opportunity to visit the camps. Tasting gives a nice overview of the products.

This was an outstanding tour. Do not let the price intimidate you. It was well worth every penny to spend a day learning about Parmigiano Reggiano, Authentic Balsamic vinegar and Parma ham. Go on an empty stomach……. The tastings and the lunch were fulllfilling. The regions of Reggio Emilia, Cavriago and Parma were breathtaking. Claudia was exceptional at her job and you could tell that she enjoyed it very much. She taught us so much about the food we love. Don’t forget to buy some of the product as you cannot buy this anywhere else so treat yourself. Please give a lot of credit to the cheesemakers and the vinegar maker and the ham procurement team. Their jobs are labor intensive, and you will be amazed at what they create.

It was a very informative tour. Morica explained everything very well. The bus left on time and the driver was top notch. The two stops were excellent choices, for the tour and the tasting

This is a fun, tasty and informative tour. My friend and I had a great time and we ate some of the most delicious food. Highly recommend if you are looking to meet and sample from small producers.

The tour was absolutely wonderful- no complaints. Our guide, Jacquemus was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The tour itself felt very thoughtful, intentional and authentic. Couldn’t have asked for a better day. What a wonderful way to experience this region, and leaving with happy hearts and full bellies.

We loved this tour! After doing a good bit of research on tours in the area, this was the perfect one for us. Transportation was included and comfortable, the 3 stops were each amazing and very welcoming. We got a tour of the cheese factory, with samples and some local wine, then Parma Ham at a butcher with amazing views, lunch at a local restaurant where we tried local pasta (ravioli) and ended in a super cute and old house where we got to try different types of local balsamic vinegar. Our guide Giacomo was so so so nice and very knowledgeable! Worth every penny!
