  The experience of going to Mount Fuji from Tokyo was amazing. Our driver was an amazing human who drove safely and was kind and helpful. However, what he wasn't was English speaking. That's a huge problem for an advertised English speaking tour. So while we paid for a guide to tell us about the local histories and the things that we were looking at, we did not get any of those things. Instead we got to take in the breathtaking majesty of the Japanese sites that we drove past, and made full use of our data plan and Google'd the background in history of what we were looking at.

  Great experience Mt Fuji , Oshino hakkai village , Hakone … explored in depth. Thanks to our driver Hadi , he was just wonderful , flexible giving us enough time at each spot … made us affluent to the end with all the directions

  Busal recommended we leave at 7 am instead of 8 am so that we would miss the morning traffic out of Tokyo which was a great choice! We arrived in Hakone only to find that all activities had been suspended for the day due to wind - the pirate ship, the ropeway, etc! We were bummed at first, but Busal then smartly diverted us quickly to the Mt. Fuji area instead and we very much enjoyed our day there. He was very knowledgeable about the area and guided us where to buy our tickets for the cable car in Mt. Fuji and took us to a beautiful park for more views with beautiful cherry blossom trees and ice cream. He was knowledgeable about lunch places and was very helpful in getting us around! It was a great day in Mt. Fuji!

  If I could give this zero stars, I would. We were contacted by three different tour guides all giving is different pick up times which already seemed shady. They only knew basic facts about each place that I could have looked up myself in a basic google. The itinerary wasn’t accurate, we were never asked which stops we wanted to go to, the driver picked us up, said “these are the stops”, it didn’t include the ropeway or boat, and it ended three hours early. When I asked about the other stops he said “You told me we were just doing Mt Fuji” at which point I looked at my teenagers and was like “is that true?” because this dude gaslit me about it and they both were like “Not at all” Then when he dropped us off at 2.30pm he goes “Okay this isn’t my fault because you told me not to go” to which I only replied “No” and just told my kids to get out of the car. This was not a Japanese operated company and I wish I had known that because they would never EVER behave this way. I requested a partial refund when we got home because of how poor and half assed the experience was. I IMMEDIATELY got harassing messages from the company and driver. I’ll be disputing this charge directly with my bank. Absolutely horrendous.

  We had a driver who risked our lives - speeding (90 instead of 60, 120 instead of 80), wreckless driving (e.g. never signaling when changing lanes), it was frightening, stressful and even the kids were worried by the unsensiable driving. One time he wanted us to get off the car from the right side in the middle of the road risking our lives just to save himself the parking fee, I refused to get off that way so he entered the parking area as expected from any normal driver. This driver shouln't carry people. This is a shame to the company and to viator that such drivers work there. Also the tour was scheduled to 9:30 when he texted me a day before that he will pick us up on 7:00am 'to avoid traffic'. Such a lie, there wan't any traffic on the way, the guy just wanted to finish earlier. He kept asking that but I refused. The minivan wasn't clean and smelled bad. Avoid at all cost! Really bad experience!!
