What To Expect
After been picked up from your hotel at 6.45am you take a drive through victoria falls national park as you go into Botswana with a chance of having a glimpse of some wild. After all border formalities you check in for a safari game drive in the Chobe national park. Chobe national park is highly acclaimed for its richness in wildlife and chances been high to spot the big five especially in the dry season. Around 12.30 you break for a nice lunch all included in the package. Soon after lunch you check in for a boat safari on Chobe river up where you get to encounter hippos,elephants crossing the Chobe river, crocodiles and birds up to around 4pm where afterwards you will be taken back to the border back to Zimbabwe and your hotel

1.00When it was time, no pickup came. There is no response at all when I send messages. I called and asked for help, but the call was blocked. I was deceived. This company is a scam. It's too bad. It should be discontinued.

1.00After booking and paying the tour there was no contact from the operator, unlike what happens with the good operators who already contact via WhatsApp. By the way, this Enterprise does not have WhatsApp, another sign of being a bad Enterprise that does not want to be contacted by customers. I sent them a message through Viator's platform, no return. I then contacted Viator who also could not speak on the phone informed by them and they never appeared, a total disrespect and lack of professionalism. To complete, I had to explain to two kids, my 11-year-old daughter and my 7-year-old son that they would no longer have the safari they so wanted. Disappointing! Viator has made the refund of this unrealized tour.
