What To Expect
During this incredible experience, you will start your day with pickup from your hotel to the Bodeguita Pier, where you will be greeted with a delicious fruit snack before boarding. You will sail by boat through the beautiful San Bernardo Archipelago and Islas del Rosario, until you reach the exclusive Palma Island, a nature reserve surrounded by crystal clear waters. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a refreshing welcome cocktail and enjoy a delicious gourmet lunch with a variety of options and typical dessert. Then you can relax on its white sand beaches, swim or snorkel in turquoise waters (don’t forget your gear). In addition, you will have the option to visit the Biopark for an additional value, where you will make an educational walk among mangroves, turtles and other native species. 3.00I wouldn't recommend this tour if you're a tourist not fluent in Spanish. The island has poor cell service so translation applications won't be reliable. Not a single tour worker or worker at the hotel spoke english. This led to some confusion on where lunch will be served, we got lucky and the hotel let us eat with them after we didn't find out until lunch time that the tour people were eating all the way on the other end of the island. The beach is nice, but the water isn't as clear as the photos make it seem like it is. You have to compete with the hotel guests for beach furniture, there isn't really much to go around. The hotel restrooms were disgusting. Communication is kind of bad. Upon booking, got a WhatsApp message confirming the booking, great. No responses when I responded to it. Messaged the number the event posting says to after booking, got responses, great. Randomly get another message from a different number with a different agency name the day before the event asking for passport information, had to reach back out to the second number and confirm it was legit. It just all felt very uncoordinated and honestly a little sketchy. All that said, it was a decent trip. Event matches the description, fruit cup for breakfast, 2hr boat ride to the island, spend all day there, 2hrs back. It was nice relaxing on the beach with no vendors to worry about, but just understand if you get bored you're stuck there until the time to go home. It just wasn't for us, and we wouldn't book something like this again.

5.00Hands down the best tour during my stay. The beach is super clean, no vendors harassing you to purchase stuff, staff is kind and professional. The food is excellent! I will definitely return for this experience.

5.00I felt like a 5 star hotel. The place is very exclusive, there are not so many people, the food is very rich and variety. I got into the sea like 3 times, the water divine and transparent. It was the best day of my vacation.
