4.00The guide, Jhon, was friendly and informative, though his accent was a bit hard to understand (and his delivery was very fast). But he was enthusiastic and accommodating. We asked to stop at a coffee shop for a break and he was happy to do so, and still continue the full rest of the tour. He also spoke nicely to our kids and conversed with them in Spanish to improve their language skills. The only negative was the quality of the car. It was really quite run down, with torn seat leather and broken door handles and low-powered AC that made the ride quite uncomfortable. Driver, Marlon, was helpful enough but car quality definitely needs improvement, given the cost of the tour.

5.00Gabo was great. He was very knowledgeable and it was obvious how much he loves his city. It was just my mother and I, so he was able to be flexible with the tour and focus on what most interested us. The car was also kept cool by the driver while we were at the Convent and the Fort so it provided some much needed relief from the heat in between locations.
