Private tour to visit in detail the principal sites of interest located in the old city of Cartagena. This excellent experience begins by visiting the main monuments of the city like the La Popa's Hill. The highest point of the city where there is a convent dating the beginning of the XVII Century. after we visit San Felipe de Barajas Fortress which is considered the most important military fortification in South America. Then the tour heads to the walled city and the bohemian neighborhood Getsemaní. first a stop for shopping in the last build fortification named "Las Bovedas" , after we take a walking tour, visiting the different squares of the city (St Domingo Square, Bolivar Square, Los Coches Square, Aduana Square, Clock Tower, St Pedro Square) and admiring the old colonial houses filled with history and legend. At the end we take a tour by the modern part of Cartagena (Bocagrande, Laguito and Castillogrande).

5.00Nico and Gabrielle were a great team showing us their city. We were so grateful that they were prepared to show us the old city on foot or by car. The weather was so hot and humid, my son refused to walk any further! But thankfully we just did the old city by car and still got to see everything.
Exceptional walking tour with guide who clearly loves Cartagena and leaves us tour members with a huge respect for it!

5.00We started off our trip to Cartagena with this tour. Nico was fantastic. We learned a lot of history and geography from him. He also talked to us about places to come back to and got cards for different restaurants for us. It was a wonderful way to get an introduction to the area. It includes a full tour of the fort and the convent on La Popa mountain. Nico also was great about letting us practice our Spanish and teaching us words we didn't know. He also modified what he showed us based on our interests. We love walking so he was out of the car walking with us; it was clear if we had needed to be in the car (heat, physical issues), he was happy to do tht as well. A wonderful way to start the tour with someone who clearly loves this city and is proud of its heritage!

5.00We didnt know the immigration line in Cartagena airport was going to last 3 hrs so we missed our original tour. Their communication and rescheduling was very good. Our guide Carlos was knowledgeable and very flexible with our schedule. Targeted the experience for us. His English was very good. Overall great experience.

5.00Amazing tour! Recommend it to any first timer to Cartagena, well worth the money. Our driver and our guide were excellent. It would be nice to visit the chocolate museum.

1.00We waited at the pickup point and the guide did not arrive. After 30 minutes the guide called and said (in poor English) that they were having car problems. Wanted to know if I could wait another hour. Our schedule did not allow us to start the tour that late, so the guide cancelled.
