This guided tour is very organized and adheres to a schedule we modify to continue to provide the best experience. Please note that our tour spends the longest time in Tolantongo, allowing you to truly enjoy your time in Tolantongo without feeling rushed by your tour company throughout the day. Our guides are extremely fluent in their English language skills. Most have lived a major part of their life in the United States and or Canada. We provide comfort in our transportation, by not allowing our vehicles to be cramped and tight with too many guests. Our guides also have a good relationship with the community of employees that work in Tolantongo. Our mutual respect for one another allows for a better experience for our guests than you could imagine. Our guides are given a fair wage for their excellent service.

We include, small backpacks that will include a water bottle, sport towel, headlamp, cell phone water protector, toilet paper and wet wipes, and a wet clothes bag. We also provide sunscreen.

End of the day snacks are included to get you back home.

We provide a menu to order your lunch ahead of schedule for this trip. Money is collected at the end of the day for this meal.

This was the most amazing experience. I am so grateful! Danny is an EXCELLENT tour guide. He is knowledgeable and speaks English well. He spoke with pride about the communities we drove through and Tolantongo. They are so kind, so patient , so attentive. They thought of everything. They give you towels for the water and then a clean towel to shower at the end. Plus soap and shampoo. They wait patiently , they check every minute you okay? You need anything? When the tour guide gets in the water and does the things with you AND gives you plenty of time to do your own thing, what an amazing experience. The trip is VERY long… but WELL WORTH the money and the time. I loved every second of it. They have an AIR CONDITIONED MODERN van and they give every passenger a blanket! They give you a flashlight, a water bottle and water, and they give you a waterproof phone case(all must be returned) they have water shoe rentals as well. They have MASTERED tourism. Never could think of a single complaint. We had a full day and enjoyed EVERYTHING. Someone got sick and they pulled over each time they needed to and did not seem angry or bothered. Very compassionate. Love this! This experience has made my heart HAPPY! I’m so so pleased. If you’re thinking of doing this DO IT ! You won’t regret it.

From beginning to end it was a delight. The tour was so well organised and Alex our guide was knowledgeable, kind and so attentive. He guided through the caves and enabled us to see bats and go deep in there! I wouldn’t have been able to do that on my own. They thought of everything down the soap and towels at the end of the long day of exploration. Learning about the history of the town and Saint cristobal has given me such huge respect for the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of the native tribes. Much respect! 🫡

What an epic day! Our tour guide Marcos was really friendly and fun. I loved this experience! Even though we did a lot, I felt relaxed and like there was plenty of time at each activity. I highly recommend!

This was an incredible experience! Tolantongo is amazingly beautiful. Our guide, Lalo, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The time allotted for each activity was sufficient. We throughly enjoyed this outing and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful day at Tolantongo! Even though it is a little distance from Mexico City we are so glad we went. It was one of the highlights of our vacation. Lalo was our tour guide and he was exceptional! He has a vast knowledge of the history and culture of the area and was adept at sharing it in a thoughtful and entertaining way. I also felt that he looked out for us as one of the friends I was traveling with has physical challenges. He made sure she could navigate the waters and advised us all on how to remain safe. I highly recommend this tour. It is a long enriching day full of beauty and wonder! You will not be disappointed.
