This guided tour is very organized and adheres to a schedule we modify to continue to provide the best experience. Please note that our tour spends the longest time in Tolantongo, allowing you to truly enjoy your time in Tolantongo without feeling rushed by your tour company throughout the day. Our guides are extremely fluent in their English language skills. Most have lived a major part of their life in the United States and or Canada. We provide comfort in our transportation, by not allowing our vehicles to be cramped and tight with too many guests. Our guides also have a good relationship with the community of employees that work in Tolantongo. Our mutual respect for one another allows for a better experience for our guests than you could imagine. Our guides are given a fair wage for their excellent service.

What To Expect
Depending on your preferences, we will meet at the "Angel de Independencia" approximately between 5:35 to 5:50am, departing early to escape the city chaos. Our group will have private transportation. We will stop for an early breakfast in Actopan, a city halfway to our destination. travel time to the restaurant is approximately 90 minutes.

What‘s Included
Mexican breakfast buffet. It includes veggie options for vegeterians.
Private transportation
We include, small backpacks that will include a water bottle, sport towel, headlamp, cell phone water protector, toilet paper and wet wipes, and a wet clothes bag. We also provide sunscreen.
Blanket during transportation
Soap, shampoo, dry bath towel.
Air-conditioned vehicle
End of the day snacks are included to get you back home.
Tables and chairs for lunch; cooler for lunch.
We provide a menu to order your lunch ahead of schedule for this trip. Money is collected at the end of the day for this meal.

5.00THE EXPERIENCE WAS INCREDIBLE! Our tour guide, Damian, was EXCEPTIONAL! He has amazing energy, is high-spirited, helpful, patient, very knowledgeable, communicative & all the best qualities you would want in a tour guide! Our driver, Chacha, was great too! We loved that they were able to pick us up from our air bnb, as we were staying in a designated pick up area! We felt very safe and cared for throughout the entire time. The tour is very organized, clear, structured, timely, etc! We loved each part of the tour, we loved our group, we loved every single bit of the experience and would 100% do it again & highly recommend this tour to anyone!

5.00Spectacular location with so much to see and do! PROS: -pick up at your location in CDMX -nice breakfast buffet -Water pools are warm and incredible! We had one to ourselves -We chose the ziplining option (extra cost) and LOVED it -Scenic walk to two caves: one a large, warm pool which had a wide opening to sunlight, the other cave was warm, but dark/narrow/humid/crowded, with a rope down the middle to hold as you pulled yourself through. This was too chaotic for us so we turned back. CONS: This is an extremely long day tour, mostly due to the roads which were sparsely populated and thus not in great shape, frequent speed bumps (even in desolate areas) to help slow vehicles, and narrow switchbacks in the steep sections. The bus seats are very cramped and we sat with our belongings on our laps both there and back. For anyone taller, or with back or other health problems, or anyone who gets car sick, this trip probably isn't ideal. OVERALL: We loved this tour and despite lots of grumbling about the time on the bus, in retrospect the journey was well worth it. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO DIEGO, our guide, as well as our driver, who both went above and beyond for us the entire day. My husband's cap was left on the bus and Diego messaged the entire group to figure out who owned. He then went out of his way to deliver it to us at our apartment....at midnight! Outstanding.

He was attentive to our needs, communicated great in English and really showed us a good time. His communication was top notch before pick up and during the tour.

4.00The trip and our tour guide Diego were amazing!! Long day but well worth it. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was that the tour company had one tour guide for two buses which slowed us down. We didn’t back to the central drop spot until 10pm and then had to uber back from there.

5.00A wonderful experience and a must-do if visiting Mexico. Four and a half hour drive from Mexico City in an air-conditioned van with stops along the way to eat, stretch, change, and buy souvenirs. Our host, Danny, and driver Alfredo, were kind, knowledgeable and with us every step of the way. The water was warm and the sites were gorgeous. Would do it again and again

5.00Very enjoyable way to spend a day while in Mexico City. Our guide Alex and our driver Nico were both great. All the required items: towels soap etc all provided. Even extras like a blanket for the ride. Communication for pick up etc. was excellent.
